Referral Terms

Participation in the YMC Agents realtor program is subject to applicable federal and state law, including RESPA, and to the written program agreement provided by Your Mortgage Choice, LLC (DBA YMC).

Program participation

Submitting the onboarding form does not create a partnership, employment relationship, or any entitlement to compensation. Program eligibility, onboarding requirements, and any compensation arrangements are established only through the executed program agreement.

Compliance

Participants are responsible for maintaining their own real estate and, where applicable, mortgage licensing in good standing, and for complying with brokerage policies and all applicable advertising and disclosure requirements.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Final program terms are those stated in the agreement you sign.
